Senior Revenue Operations Analyst
Job Summary
Detail-oriented and experienced, the contract Senior Revenue Operations Analyst will provide high-quality operational support to the Sales organization, enhancing tools and analytics while driving operational efficiency from October 1, 2026, through February 26, 2027.
Key responsibilities
- Process revenue orders and manage day-to-day sales support and administration of Salesforce.com and related platforms
- Develop customized features in Salesforce, monitor forecasting accuracy, and drive Sales projects for process streamlining
- Design and maintain Sales reports and dashboards, ensuring high data integrity and providing training on Sales processes
Required qualifications
- BA/BS degree in a business-oriented field
- 3-5 years of analytical experience in Sales or Revenue Operations
- Mastery of Salesforce.com and experience with CPQ systems, preferably Kugamon
- Practical fluency with AI tools applied to analysis and reporting
- Proven ability to drive projects to completion and influence cross-functional stakeholders
