Senior Revenue Operations Analyst (Salesforce Certified)

Job Summary

To advance the Revenue Operations team's goals, the full-time Senior Revenue Operations Analyst (Salesforce Certified) will manage Salesforce platform enhancements, facilitate stakeholder meetings, and lead system-related projects while operating in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Facilitate meetings to identify business pain points and communicate actionable decisions
• Partner with business process experts to develop business requirements and process flows for functional system design
• Lead system-related projects and organize Agile ceremonies to improve user experience and system efficiency

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related field
• 3+ years of Salesforce platform experience, including configuration and reporting/dashboarding (certifications required)
• Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
