Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Go-To-Market Engineer (Sr. Revenue Operations Manager).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain the GTM tech stack, ensuring integration and system reliability
• Design and implement automation workflows to enhance demand generation and pipeline management
• Develop dashboards and analytics to provide insights for revenue tracking and decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Growth Operations, or Business Operations in a tech environment, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries
• Expertise in CRM systems, including dashboard creation and workflow automation
• Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL, Python, or similar for data modeling and reporting
• Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and initiatives
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on simplicity and scalability in process design
