Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Establish cross-functional leadership and implement business processes to increase productivity
Collaborate with sales, success, finance, and product teams on high-impact projects
Manage and optimize GTM tools, formulate deal processes, and provide business reporting

Qualifications:

3-5+ years of experience in sales, customer success, or revenue operations
Proficient in GTM Tech stacks: Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, Salesloft, and Zoominfo
Analytical skills to interpret data for go-to-market decisions
Strong organizational and communication skills
Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
