Senior Revenue Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Build core dashboards, identify process/data gaps, and establish remediation plans
• Own vendor relationships, tools, and integrations while establishing data quality standards
• Operationalize Customer Success functions and create rules of engagement between Sales and CS

Required Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, including building from scratch
• Strong technical skills with Salesforce and familiarity with data manipulation tools (e.g., SQL, Python)
• Experience in data-driven decision-making and comfort with presenting insights to executives
• Knowledge of RevOps tooling landscape and ability to evaluate technology for scalability
• Hands-on experience with AI applications in a professional context
