Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the demand-to-revenue processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage the lead-to-customer funnel, ensuring scalability and alignment with GTM teams
- Translate business needs into system requirements and partner with the Go-to-Market Systems team for implementation
- Analyze workflows to improve rep productivity and lead the Pipeline Council for accountability and insight-driven discussions
Required Qualifications
- 3-6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or Sales Operations
- Strong background as a process owner and business partner for GTM systems
- In-depth knowledge of demand-to-revenue workflows and funnel analytics
- Familiarity with modern GTM tech stacks supporting revenue workflows
- Able to operate at both strategic and tactical levels with a proactive approach
