Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the demand-to-revenue processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and manage the lead-to-customer funnel, ensuring scalability and alignment with GTM teams
  • Translate business needs into system requirements and partner with the Go-to-Market Systems team for implementation
  • Analyze workflows to improve rep productivity and lead the Pipeline Council for accountability and insight-driven discussions
Required Qualifications
  • 3-6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or Sales Operations
  • Strong background as a process owner and business partner for GTM systems
  • In-depth knowledge of demand-to-revenue workflows and funnel analytics
  • Familiarity with modern GTM tech stacks supporting revenue workflows
  • Able to operate at both strategic and tactical levels with a proactive approach
