Senior Revenue Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to join their Business Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Mature the GTM operational strategy to align revenue growth and retention with global expansion goals
• Act as a trusted advisor to GTM leadership and collaborate with Business Analytics, Revenue Systems, and Enablement teams
• Administer and optimize the GTM tech stack to enhance pipeline efficiency and document cross-functional processes

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, and/or Success Operations
• Experience in Salesforce administration
• Proven ability in strategic planning, including territory management and forecasting
• Experience in change management and rolling out new systems to large teams
• Ability to analyze data for actionable revenue growth insights
