Senior Revenue Operations Manager

Job Summary

Senior Revenue Operations Manager is a full-time, remote position responsible for enhancing the operational efficiency of the go-to-market organization by diagnosing funnel performance, leading cross-functional initiatives, and executing AI transformation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose funnel performance and recommend actions to improve conversion and forecast predictability
• Lead initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability across the revenue engine
• Own and optimize the go-to-market tech stack and data infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related fields
• Proven track record managing a modern go-to-market tech stack
• Experience in redesigning business processes and leading operational transformations
• Demonstrated success in identifying and scaling AI and automation use cases
• Strong understanding of end-to-end go-to-market workflows
