Job Summary
Senior Revenue Operations Manager, responsible for designing and managing the revenue operating system in a full-time role, focusing on scalable GTM systems, revenue visibility, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect the end-to-end revenue lifecycle and enhance deal velocity
- Lead the Deal Desk function and coordinate approvals for high-value deals
- Own the revenue tech stack and ensure data integrity across GTM tools
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
- Deep technical expertise in Salesforce and modern billing/revenue engines
- Strong analytical skills with familiarity in metrics like LTV, CAC, and pipeline velocity
- Proven ability to build systems that enhance client success and operational efficiency
- Experience in mentoring teams and collaborating across multiple departments
