Job Summary
Senior Revenue Operations Manager, a full-time role focused on optimizing sales systems architecture and operational processes within a B2B SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize Salesforce architecture, governance, and related GTM systems
- Lead CRM hygiene initiatives and establish scalable processes for data quality and automation
- Build dashboards and reporting to drive actionable insights across Sales and Marketing
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations within a B2B SaaS environment
- Deep hands-on Salesforce administration and architecture experience
- Experience partnering directly with Sales leadership
- Strong execution mindset with the ability to operate independently
- Experience with tools such as Gong, ZoomInfo, and sales engagement technologies is preferred
