Job Summary
To support a growing mobile security company, the full-time Senior Revenue Operations Manager will architect, scale, and optimize the revenue engine, managing HubSpot and the GTM tech stack to enhance pipeline generation, sales execution, and forecasting accuracy in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Own and optimize the entire revenue funnel, defining stages, qualification models, and operational guardrails
- Manage marketing operations including lifecycle stages, scoring, and automated workflows to enhance pipeline creation and campaign execution
- Oversee sales forecasting processes, pipeline reviews, and the development of systems that improve sales execution and reduce admin time for reps
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations within B2B SaaS
- Expert-level experience with HubSpot CRM, including custom objects and advanced workflows
- Deep understanding of SaaS pipeline mechanics and forecasting models
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in dashboarding and data modeling
- Proven ability to collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to achieve operational excellence
