Job Summary
Driving the optimization of the revenue engine, the full-time remote Senior Revenue Operations Manager will design and implement strategies across Sales, Marketing, and Product to enhance funnel performance and support data-driven decision-making.
Key responsibilities
- Design and scale the end-to-end revenue operations process, focusing on top-of-funnel strategy and demand generation
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize funnel performance and drive repeatable growth motions
- Create high-quality reporting and insights to guide internal stakeholders in making informed decisions
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Business/Sales/Revenue Operations with a proven track record in strategic decision-making
- Experience in designing and maintaining lead-to-cash workflows, including lead management and scoring
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in Salesforce and data visualization tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and complex projects
- Proven ability to analyze large data sets and produce actionable insights for business operations
