Job Summary
Partnering with Revenue leadership, the full-time remote Senior Revenue Operations Manager will drive planning, forecasting, and performance management while optimizing revenue processes and systems across the customer lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Drive annual planning, territory design, capacity modeling, and revenue target planning in collaboration with Revenue leadership
- Own forecasting and performance analysis across bookings, renewals, expansion, and overall revenue attainment
- Develop reporting and dashboards to enhance data-driven decision-making and improve forecast accuracy
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related analytical roles
- Strong expertise in forecasting, planning, territory design, and performance analytics
- Deep understanding of SaaS revenue models and metrics driving acquisition, retention, and expansion
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools
- Strong Salesforce experience and familiarity with modern GTM technologies
