Job Summary
To drive growth through data-driven insights, the full-time Senior Revenue Operations Manager will own the end-to-end RevOps function, focusing on bottom-of-funnel operations, process improvement, and cross-functional leadership while working remotely or onsite in San Francisco.
Key responsibilities
- Own bottom-of-funnel operations including pipeline review, renewal forecasting, and contraction analysis
- Implement and improve account segmentation, territory modeling, and quota/capacity planning
- Manage a small team while delivering key projects in a player-coach capacity
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations with a focus on bottom-of-funnel operations
- Prior experience managing a team and driving analytics, process, and systems improvements
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce for building and maintaining complex reporting and data workflows
- Proven ability to create and present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership
- Experience in a metrics-driven environment, with change management instincts to engage stakeholders effectively
