Job Summary
As a core member of the GTM team, the full-time Senior Revenue Operations Manager will manage and implement sales processes, oversee sales team productivity, and analyze sales metrics to drive efficiency and growth in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales processes, policies, and procedures to enhance sales efficiency
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify improvement areas and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with finance and commissions teams for accurate forecasting and reporting of sales performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in revenue or sales operations, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment
- Proven track record of cross-functional project plan development and execution
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Familiarity with sales technology platforms such as SFDC, Claude, or GONG
