Job Summary

Driving key growth initiatives, the full-time Senior Revenue Operations Manager will manage end-to-end GTM operations across the full funnel for village selling, focusing on AI solutions and workshops, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end GTM operations for village selling, emphasizing GXA (AI Solution) and Experience Center Workshops
  • Drive pipeline growth and win-rate improvement through funnel diagnostics and execution improvements
  • Build and manage KPI frameworks and executive scorecards to align cross-functional teams around shared targets
Required qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, GTM strategy, or related roles
  • Experience leading or supporting pipeline generation and sales execution programs
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience working with funnel and pipeline metrics
  • Ability to translate strategy into process and execution effectively
  • Experience with GTM tech stack such as SFDC, Gong, or SalesLoft
