Job Summary
Owning the marketing technology stack, the full-time Senior Revenue Operations Manager will architect and improve systems and workflows to enhance Instinct's go-to-market engine, operating remotely while managing HubSpot as the unified CRM and ensuring alignment with business priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and optimize the marketing technology stack, including HubSpot, ensuring clean integrations and effective inbound pipeline management
- Design AI-powered workflows and marketing automation systems to support diverse buyer journeys and enhance customer experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and maintain the RevOps work queue
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or related GTM systems discipline
- Expertise in HubSpot administration, including CRM configuration, workflow automation, and reporting
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered workflows and multi-system integration management
- Proven ability to manage lead scoring, persona segmentation, and marketing automation for various buyer segments
- Strong documentation habits and self-directed execution in a project-based environment
