Job Summary

To support a growing commercial organization, the full-time Senior Revenue Operations Specialist will manage the HubSpot CRM ecosystem, optimize revenue operations processes, and provide analytical insights to drive scalable revenue growth in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and enhance the architecture and performance of the HubSpot CRM ecosystem, including workflows and reporting frameworks
  • Design and implement scalable revenue operations processes across the sales funnel, including pipeline management and forecasting
  • Develop advanced dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide leadership with insights into pipeline performance and revenue drivers
Required qualifications
  • 4-6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar analytical role
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot CRM, including designing structures and developing advanced reporting
  • Experience in building or scaling CRM environments in high-growth organizations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex commercial data into actionable insights
  • Experience in healthcare, healthtech, or biopharma environments is a plus
