Job Summary
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time Senior Revenue Operations Specialist will manage billing integrity, financial reporting, and operational workflows while supporting revenue goals and customer commitments in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee billing execution and integrity across all Parking products and services
- Own day-to-day financial reporting for the Parking Group, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Analyze internal business workflows to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains
Required qualifications
- 8-12+ years of experience in billing, finance operations, or business operations within a SaaS or technology-enabled environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and operational data
- Deep familiarity with billing, accounting, and ERP systems, with NetSuite experience preferred
- Experience supporting subscription-based or usage-based revenue models
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage complexity across multiple products
