Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Revenue Performance Coach to join their Revenue Enablement team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end coaching outcomes for assigned sellers and revenue generators, including performance observation and actionable growth plans
  • Join live customer conversations to assess seller execution and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop personalized coaching plans and reinforce enablement frameworks during live selling moments
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of B2B SaaS or technology sales experience in a quota-carrying role
  • Experience in sales coaching, enablement, training, or mentorship with measurable improvement
  • Strong understanding of modern sales motions and ability to provide constructive feedback
  • High credibility with sellers and managers due to real-world selling experience
  • Ability to manage multiple coaching relationships and prioritize effectively
