Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Revenue Performance Coach to join their Revenue Enablement team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end coaching outcomes for assigned sellers and revenue generators, including performance observation and actionable growth plans
- Join live customer conversations to assess seller execution and identify areas for improvement
- Develop personalized coaching plans and reinforce enablement frameworks during live selling moments
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of B2B SaaS or technology sales experience in a quota-carrying role
- Experience in sales coaching, enablement, training, or mentorship with measurable improvement
- Strong understanding of modern sales motions and ability to provide constructive feedback
- High credibility with sellers and managers due to real-world selling experience
- Ability to manage multiple coaching relationships and prioritize effectively
