Senior Revenue Specialist

Job Summary

To support the firm's expanding practice, the full-time Senior Revenue Specialist will monitor past due accounts receivable, assist the collections team, and maintain accurate records while working remotely from a state with a physical office presence.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct periodic audits for assigned locations and maintain records of collections activities
• Utilize collection systems to identify past-due items and communicate with clients regarding collection procedures
• Prepare monthly and ad hoc reports while collaborating with the Revenue Services Manager to resolve issues

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in revenue or collections
• 2-year undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of collections standards, FDCPA, and basic accounting principles
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
• Basic knowledge of foreign currency is a plus
