Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the planning and execution of go-to-market operational cadences and meetings
  • Manage cross-functional coordination of strategic sales plays and competitive intelligence programs
  • Project manage the planning and execution of Sales Kick-Off and GTM leadership events


Required Qualifications
  • 4-8 years of experience in program management or sales operations within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience leveraging AI in workflows for content creation and communication
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage multiple initiatives
  • Familiarity with go-to-market motions and supporting revenue-generating teams
  • Bonus: experience in workshop facilitation, win/loss analysis, or customer journey mapping
