Senior Revenue Technology Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Revenue Technology & AI Innovation Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and execution of Salesforce enhancements to support Aftermarket revenue teams
• Serve as a lead architect for AI special projects, identifying opportunities for AI integration and driving implementation
• Champion the evolution of the Salesforce organization toward a best-in-class environment and act as a trusted advisor to Aftermarket leadership

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing enterprise Salesforce implementations, particularly in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning
• Proven ability to lead complex technology projects from vision to execution
• Demonstrated interest or hands-on experience with AI/ML applications in a business context
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technology capabilities to revenue outcomes
