Key Responsibilities

• Reverse engineer structured finance transactions and set up deal waterfalls for various asset classes
• Expand knowledge of structured finance by analyzing diverse sources of information for client offerings
• Enhance technical skills by collaborating with engineering teams to develop solutions and improve data quality

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in structured finance reverse engineering
• Proficient in cashflow modeling of complex deal structures, especially Private Credit transactions
• Experience in analyzing financial statements and extracting key metrics
• Competent in Excel and eager to learn Python/SQL for data analysis
• A detail-oriented multi-tasker with strong analytical skills
