Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Review Appraiser.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitors and analyzes the quality of appraisals for a designated lending portfolio
• Examines individual appraisals and provides insights on accuracy and consistency relative to risk strategies
• Identifies deficiencies, recommends corrective action plans, and supports vendor appraisal services

Required Qualifications

• Typically 5 - 7 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field
• In-depth knowledge of appraisal standards and regulatory requirements
• Experience with risk policy frameworks and quality control/testing frameworks
• Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience
• Ability to work independently and handle non-routine situations
