Job Summary

Consulting with clients and overseeing document review projects, the full-time Senior Review Program Manager will design and implement review plans, manage project teams, and drive best practices in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and supervise execution of matter-specific review plans that meet project requirements
• Manage document review projects, ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables through oversight of project managers and teams
• Engage with sales and client success teams to assist with project budgets, ROI assessments, and provide subject matter expertise on complex matters

• Proven track record of consulting with clients and developing review strategies
• Familiarity with AI, analytics, and technology in document review processes
• Strong background in client relationship management and stakeholder engagement
