Senior Review Recruiter

Job Summary

To support insourced staffing targets, the temporary Senior Managed Review Recruiter will develop and execute recruiting strategies for Managed Review contract attorneys while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute an initial recruiting strategy for Managed Review contract attorneys
• Design and implement recruiting workflows, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Build standardized playbooks for high-volume hiring across various project types

Required qualifications:

• Experience in recruiting, particularly for legal or managed review positions
• Proven ability to design and implement recruiting workflows
• Strong understanding of high-volume hiring processes
• Ability to create standardized playbooks for diverse hiring needs
• Familiarity with insourced staffing strategies
