Senior RevOps Administrator

Job Summary

Owning the day-to-day configuration and data integrity of Salesforce, the full-time Senior RevOps Administrator will manage access governance, CRM data quality, and the release cycle while working remotely in a dynamic startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all declarative configuration of Salesforce, including objects, fields, validation rules, and approval processes
• Design and enforce data access governance to protect sensitive account and contact data
• Oversee CRM data quality through deduplication rules, audits, and proactive fixes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a B2B SaaS or high-growth tech environment
• Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) strongly preferred
• Deep proficiency with Salesforce Flow and declarative automation
• Strong understanding of CRM data models, user provisioning, and data governance
• Disciplined approach to documentation and change management
