Senior RevOps Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior RevOps Program Manager to oversee the operational rhythm of their go-to-market engine.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the RevOps program portfolio for GTM launches, system rollouts, and process changes from scoping to delivery
• Build and maintain cross-functional operating cadence, including stakeholder syncs and milestone tracking
• Identify and resolve process gaps and misalignments across GTM functions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management, RevOps, sales operations, or GTM operations
• Proven ability to manage multi-workstream programs across diverse stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with experience in building trackers and accountability structures
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, and BI tools; SQL knowledge is a plus
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent operational experience
