Job Summary

As a full-time Senior Rewards Consulting Manager, the successful candidate will develop competitive strategies and concepts for clients, engage closely with CEOs and CFOs on organizational changes, and design compensation systems for top managers, all while working in a flexible environment that allows for mobile working.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop innovative compensation strategies and concepts for diverse clients, including public companies and startups
  • Collaborate with senior executives to implement organizational changes, including transformations and mergers
  • Design and support the implementation of compensation systems and HR strategies that align with corporate goals
Required qualifications
  • Master's or doctoral degree in a quantitative or analytical field, such as economics, psychology, or mathematics
  • Several years of experience in a consulting environment, preferably with a focus on compensation
  • Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach to data handling
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Fluency in German and English, with relevant internships in consulting or finance preferred
