Senior RFP Specialist

Job Summary

Independently leading the development and submission of complex RFP responses, the full-time Senior RFP Specialist will work remotely within the United States, partnering with Sales, Product, Legal, Finance, and Commercial Operations to create compliant proposals that enhance win rates and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of complex RFP responses, including requirements analysis and final submission
• Collaborate with Sales and Commercial Operations to develop proposal strategies and value messaging
• Coordinate cross-functional contributors to ensure accuracy and meet deadlines for proposal submissions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience leading complex RFP or proposal responses
• Demonstrated success in improving proposal quality and win rates
• Advanced knowledge of RFP processes and compliance requirements
• Strong writing, editing, and project management skills
