Senior RFP Specialist

Job Summary

As a key member of the Global RFP Team, the full-time Senior RFP Specialist will lead the development of complex RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure high-quality, timely responses that enhance client relationships, operating in a hybrid work model based in Boston, MA or Baltimore, MD.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and coordination of complex RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and client questionnaires, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Partner with Sales, Consultant Relations, and other stakeholders to develop compelling, client-focused responses and proposal strategies
• Champion proposal quality by reviewing and editing content to ensure alignment with brand standards and compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 5+ years of proposal writing or related experience within asset management or financial services
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex proposal projects in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with proposal or content management systems
• Broad knowledge of investment products and financial markets or the ability to develop this knowledge quickly
