Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Risk Adjustment Informatics & Workflow Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain risk adjustment workflows in compliance with CMS regulations and coding standards
• Ensure audit readiness by developing documentation standards and identifying workflow gaps
• Collaborate with IT and analytics teams to test and integrate workflows across various applications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Over five years of relevant experience in a healthcare organization or similar environment
• Extensive experience in risk adjustment coding operations and technology-enabled coding solutions
• National coding certification from AAPC or AHIMA (e.g., CPC, CCS-P, RHIA, RHIT)
• Strong background in managed care and regulatory compliance
