Senior Risk Adjustment Associate

Job Summary

Leading the intake and administrative phase of the risk adjustment external audit operational pipeline, the full-time Senior Risk Adjustment Operations Associate will manage document classification, oversee team activities, and support audit operations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end administrative review process, including document triage and classification
• Coordinate daily work activities of team members to ensure priorities and quality standards are met
• Conduct quality assurance checks and prepare metrics for audit operations reporting

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in operations with a strong problem-solving mindset
• High degree of comfort with data analysis using spreadsheets and database query tools
• Strong organizational skills and experience managing high volume workflows
• Experience collaborating with offshore resources or distributed teams
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
