Senior Risk Advisory Consultant

Job Summary

Leading client engagements in information security and compliance, the full-time Senior Risk Advisory Consultant will work remotely to assess security risks, strengthen control environments, and mentor junior team members while delivering high-quality consulting services across various compliance frameworks.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead SOC 2 Type I/II readiness assessments and compliance engagements, including gap identification and remediation planning
• Manage multiple client engagements, providing strategic guidance on risk management and compliance objectives
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the development of internal methodologies and best practices

Required qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in IT audit, compliance, or cybersecurity consulting, with a focus on SOC 2 and ISO 27001
• Deep understanding of IT General Controls (ITGCs) and audit standards such as SSAE 18
• Proven ability to lead risk assessments and compliance reviews across various frameworks
• Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple client engagements simultaneously
• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
