Senior Risk Analyst

Job Summary

As a founding member of Dicey's Risk, Trading, and Operations function, the full-time Senior Risk Analyst will manage pre-match and live sportsbook exposure, monitor gaming activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure long-term margin sustainability in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor live Sportsbook and Casino activities to detect and mitigate sharp play, arbitrage, and bonus abuse
• Manage pre-match and in-play event exposure, including handling platform risk settings and executing bet reviews
• Collaborate with Fraud/Payments teams to review high-risk withdrawals and build data-driven risk reports

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Risk, Trading, or Fraud role within iGaming or Sports Betting
• Deep understanding of trading concepts and casino mechanics
• Proficiency with data tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI for anomaly detection
• Ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure, 24/7 live environments
• Strong communication skills, especially during escalations and peak-volume periods
