Senior Risk Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing lending portfolio, the full-time Senior Risk Analyst will develop and implement underwriting strategies, analyze portfolio performance, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance risk management practices in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop underwriting strategies to improve portfolio performance and achieve business objectives
• Interface with the Modeling/Scoring team to deploy risk strategies based on new models
• Create dashboards and dynamic reports to monitor and analyze portfolio performance

Required qualifications

• BS/MS in a quantitative discipline or equivalent working experience
• 4+ years of experience in credit risk or analytical roles within financial services
• Familiarity with data from credit bureaus and third-party data providers
• High proficiency with SQL, Snowflake, or SAS; knowledge of Python or R is a plus
• Experience with A/B testing and data visualization tools like Sigma or Tableau is a plus
