Senior Risk Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Director in the Enterprise Risk Management function, the full-time Senior Risk Analyst will execute risk programs, facilitate GRC strategy, and contribute to AI-enabled risk transformation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support for the execution of enterprise risk management activities, including risk assessments and regulatory change management
• Contribute to the development of forward-looking risk indicators and assist in preparing board-level risk reporting materials
• Assist in the design and deployment of AI use cases for risk workflows, ensuring alignment with enterprise risk management standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, Business, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise risk management or related fields within a large financial institution
• Demonstrated knowledge of internal control frameworks and risk management methodologies
• Hands-on experience with Archer GRC or equivalent enterprise GRC platforms
• Proven ability to draft and manage risk policies and procedures aligned with regulatory expectations
