Senior Risk and Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Risk & Compliance Analyst (Remote - EST Preferred).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced compliance system assessments and create comprehensive reports of improvements and recommendations
• Act as the primary point of contact for client onboarding and data privacy audit teams, facilitating onboarding activities in compliance with client requirements
• Identify gaps in policies and procedures, document processes, and mentor junior associates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex documents
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mentality
• Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve problems
