Senior Risk and Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development of compliance initiatives, the full-time Senior Risk and Compliance Manager will execute fee transparency projects, design compliance controls, and conduct enterprise-wide risk assessments while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of fee transparency initiatives, ensuring compliance with all regulations
• Design and maintain compliance controls, including policies and procedures, and establish reporting mechanisms for program effectiveness
• Conduct enterprise-wide risk assessments to identify compliance exposures and develop remediation plans

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in risk management and compliance within the property management or real estate sector
• Strong understanding of local, state, and federal regulations related to fee governance and transparency
• Experience in developing and implementing compliance controls and policies
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and present findings to leadership
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors
