Senior Risk and Controls Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely and on a contract basis, the Senior Risk and Controls Analyst will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple concurrent tests, focusing on Design and Operating Effectiveness testing while collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure effective risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities

• Own the lifecycle of multiple concurrent tests, specifically conducting Design Effectiveness (DE) and Operating Effectiveness (OE) testing
• Conduct walkthroughs, gather/test evidence, and document findings while collaborating with internal Lines of Business (LOB)
• Manage testing cycles to meet critical internal SLA milestones and actively participate in team knowledge sharing

Required qualifications

• Direct experience conducting Design and Operating Effectiveness (DE/OE) testing
• Strong background in Audit, Compliance, or Risk & Controls
• Proven experience executing walkthroughs and documenting control environments
• Exceptional ability to manage multiple testing engagements with competing deadlines
• High-caliber verbal and written communication skills, comfortable presenting findings to stakeholders
