Senior Risk and Quality Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Risk & Quality Performance Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Health Plan Risk and Quality leaders to manage data collection strategies and analytics
• Ensure successful program delivery within scope and resource constraints while managing program changes
• Proactively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4+ years of program and/or project management experience in risk adjustment and/or quality
• 4+ years of experience supporting HEDIS engine activity and risk adjustment reporting systems
• 4+ years of data analysis experience utilizing technical skillsets
• Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Project
