Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience
• Eight years of experience in healthcare, insurance, and analysis in a consultant role
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of program management, risk management, and strategy frameworks
• Strong consulting and collaboration skills
