Job Summary

A company is looking for a Work from Home Senior Risk Coordinator - Collections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advocate for customers, problem solve, and resolve issues in compliance with regulations
• Investigate customer concerns, implement process improvements, and report customer trends
• Support other customer service advocates by guiding them in issue resolution and providing feedback

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 2 years of customer service experience
• At least 1 year of experience in the financial or credit card industry
• At least 1 year of experience working in a call center
