Senior Risk Data Analyst

Job Summary

Owning the analysis of payment and chargeback data, the full-time Senior Risk Data Analyst will focus on understanding and reducing financial loss by investigating fraud trends, designing experiments for risk rule changes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze user lifecycle activities to identify anomalies and mitigate net loss
• Conduct deep dives into fraud cases to quantify exposure and develop management strategies
• Design and analyze A/B experiments to assess the impact of risk rule changes on loss and customer experience

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in risk analytics
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with Python or R for quantitative analysis
• Hands-on experience with payment and chargeback data
• Strong understanding of A/B testing and experiment design
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
