Senior Risk Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Fraud and Claims Risk Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the identification and mitigation of material risks, collaborating with business leaders to develop remediation plans
• Design and implement internal governance processes, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
• Promote a culture of risk awareness through training and consultative support while managing a team of Risk Managers

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 8-12+ years of experience in Risk Management, Audit, or Compliance
• Prior experience in implementing enterprise-wide Risk programs
• Deep knowledge of regulatory guidelines and Fraud and Disputes processes
• Bachelor's Degree or at least 8 years of relevant work experience with an Advanced Degree
• Certified Enterprise Risk Professional (CERP) or Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) is a plus
