Senior Risk Management Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Risk Management Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) strategy and provide credible challenges to first line businesses
• Conduct periodic Risk Assessments and support the execution of the Risk Committee charter and ERM policies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and execute effective ERM strategies that align with business goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience in enterprise-level risk governance, or a Master's degree with 8 years, or a PhD with 5 years, or equivalent experience
• Strong preference for experience in risk domain, model risk management, and the COSO framework within financial technology
• Experience in key risk areas such as fraud, compliance, credit, and operational risk
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing Enterprise Risk Management frameworks
• Comprehensive knowledge of compliance and enterprise risk management best practices
