Senior Risk Management Manager

Job Summary

Leading the transformation of risk systems, the full-time Senior Risk Management Manager will manage stakeholder relationships, oversee product roadmaps, and drive innovative technology solutions within the Global Risk & Compliance team, while collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate the product vision to stakeholders and lead roadmap creation and feature grooming
• Manage the feature backlog using Agile Scrum methodologies, prioritizing based on business value
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and Technology team to develop and deliver user stories for platform capabilities

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with a focus on iterative product implementation
• Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related STEM field
• Proven experience in large-scale technology modernization and transformations
• Strong background in launching software in partnership with engineering teams
• Familiarity with Agile and SAFe principles, along with a customer-first mindset
