Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Enterprise Risk Management Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities

• Underwrite agency, jumbo, and FHA loans to ensure compliance with company and investor guidelines
• Perform risk-based reviews on loans based on expected performance and repayment ability
• Support Operations, Sales, and Clients in communicating underwriting philosophy and education

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in underwriting complex financial and income statements
• 2+ years of experience preparing cash flows for partnerships, S-corporations, and corporations
• Experience with automated loan origination systems
• Proficiency in automated underwriting systems
• Knowledge of mortgage lending laws and regulations
