Senior Risk Manager

Job Summary

To support the enterprise risk management program, the full-time Senior Risk Manager will lead risk identification, assessment, and reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead significant components of the enterprise risk management program, including risk identification, assessment, and reporting
• Plan and facilitate enterprise and functional risk assessments, integrating quantitative and qualitative data to identify priorities
• Monitor key risk indicators and ensure material concerns are promptly surfaced across the organization

Required qualifications

• Deep working knowledge of enterprise risk management frameworks and tools
• At least 6-8 years of directly related or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in enterprise, operational, compliance, or financial risk management within regulated environments
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into practical recommendations
• Confidence to influence stakeholders and challenge assumptions constructively
